Payments:

 

1. Full Payment:

    Full payment is required before the commencement of any services offered by Unstyled® by Ashitha. Slots are available only by pre-booking.

 

2. Price Changes:

    All prices are subject to change. Clients will be notified of any changes in pricing before finalizing their order.

 

Refund Policy:

 

1. Cancellation 

    A full refund will be provided if the client cancels the service within 2 days of making the payment.

    This refund is applicable only if no photos, measurements, or assessments have been submitted during this period.

 

2. Refund Process:

    Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the initial transaction.

    Clients can expect the refunded amount to be credited within a reasonable time frame.

 

3. Assessment Process Initiation:

    Once the necessary assessment information is received, and the analysis process has started, refunds cannot be processed.

 

4. Service Satisfaction:

    Due to the subjective nature of styling and the various variables involved in color analysis, we cannot guarantee 100% satisfaction.

    Clients are encouraged to communicate any concerns during the process for possible adjustments.

 

Cancellation Policy:

 

1. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Client:

    No cancellations are possible as we take only limited slots based on pre-booking. However, rescheduling is possible to the subsequent month.

2. Communication of Cancellation:

    Clients are required to communicate their cancellation in writing via email to unstyledbyashitha@gmail.com or send a message on WhatsApp at +91 9995113681.

 

3. NoShow Policy:

    If a client fails to provide necessary information for the service to commence, and there is no communication for an extended period, the service may be considered canceled, and no refund will be provided.
